It's a boy!

I'm guessing most of you already knew, but yes, it's a boy! We are so excited. Dane was right all along in guessing that it was a boy, I guess I should listen to him more... We just had our first ultrasound on Wednesday, and it was so much fun to see the baby moving around! He is due on March 18.

This is a picture of his face from the front.

We're Alive!

OREGON

Well, Natalie asked if I would throw some stuff on the blog. It's been a VERY long time since we've put anything on here, so we deicided we would let everyone know we are alive.

We are both doing well, and going to school. Natalie is almost done! She will finish in just a month and a half, then be able to get her RN this summer.

For Thanksgiving this year, we were able to go to Oregon with my family (The Allens) and our cousins, The Baxters and stay in a couple of nice houses on the coast. It was tons of fun. Here are a few pictures below. The one above is also from a light house on the coast.

This is us looking for some Aggots. Some rock that is hard to find.

The coast.

Really nice view.

Really old tree.

Not in Oregon. This was at Bear Lake last summer. We rented wave runners and had a blast! Man, it's been forever since we updated this!

Bella is growing a lot. She is still really little but can be quite the pain. She chews on everything, and we never catch her in time! We will get some pictures of her soon.

March Madness is also starting. Woot! GO COUGARS!

Computer Down

So I realize I'm a terrible blogger and never update but this time there is an excuse. I have been thinking about putting something on here for a few weeks now but I can't. The computer that all of our pics are on is broken for now. So, until we get it fixed I have none! Sorry. But we are both still just going to school and being busy all the time. I will put something on as soon as I can!

NEW ALLEN FAMILY ADDITION!

So Dane and I decided that we should get a puppy. After looking around for a while on the internet we found Bella. She is a morkie (yorkie/maltese mix). We are very happy to have her and she is so fun to play with. She loves to cuddle too!

One Year Anniversary!

Well, it's been a year already. Can you believe it? We took sunday and monday to go down to Salt Lake and have a relaxing few days. We spent most of the day monday at the gateway, where we shopped around and saw 'Narnia: Prince Caspian.' It was a lot of fun! Here are a few pics of us eating some Ben & Jerry's Ice cream.

(Note: That is Pistachio Ice Cream.... Weird, but really good)

MTC
Well, on Wednesday I had my first encounter with the MTC and I did not like it at all. We took my brother-in-law Kade down and it was very sad. We will all miss him very much but we are also very proud of him for choosing to serve a mission and I know he will do a great job! Sorry I don't have any pics, we were one of many who forgot our cameras. Thanks to Emily there are some!
MY PERSONAL TRIBUTE TO MEGAN:
I'm sure everyone that knows Megan will agree with me when I say she's great. She is always so fun and treats everyone like they are her favorite cousin. I have always looked up to her for as long as I can remember. I remember the year we made hats at pacclub with cans and paper plates. I loved running around with her singing yankee doodle. I thought that was pretty awesome. But most of all, Megan gave me one of the most important things ever....

Now it might look different than most would remember it, but this blanket will always be very important to me! For those of you that don't know, this blanket used to be bright blue on the back and the white part had bright ABCs on it. You can't even tell they were there anymore. It's pretty obvious it has been through a lot, but still it has held strong! Anyway, point of this post is to tell Megan she is great and that she is absolutely not too-old-to-be-fun-or-cool! I too have always had a soft spot for Meg. Oh, and I would like a copy of that picture please!
